Lappa is the new name under which Lovat operates as on 20 March 2026.
Only the brand has been updated. During the changeover, vatcompliance.co will continue to function as usual, and our new website, lappa.org, is now available to users.
Your compliance workflows will continue uninterrupted, and our personnel, services, current agreements, and whole platform functionality will stay unaltered.
As we roll out our new website, product interfaces, customer communications, and marketing materials, you’ll start to notice the Lappa name popping up. With this revision, we are bringing our public image in line with the platform and services that we still offer for EPR, VAT, electronic invoicing, and compliance with marketplaces.
Things that do not change

- The service’s underlying legal entity has not changed.
- Contracts and billing will remain unchanged due to this rebranding.

- You will have two months to update your data before old email addresses become active again.

No. There will be no change to your platform access or workflows while you transition to the new name.
Are my previous links still functional
Yes. While we make the changes, all of your existing links will stay active.
Will there be changes to contracts or billing
No. Because the rebranding does not affect the underlying legal company, no modifications to contracts or bills are necessary.
Will the email addresses for support ever change
Yes. The new brand name will be implemented to the support email addresses over time, but the old addresses will be operational for two months to give you time to change your records.
Will your offerings be evolving
No. Our services and assistance for your compliance operations will remain unchanged as a result of the rebranding.
