Once your Lappa account is created, head to Settings in the left-hand navigation menu to complete your company profile. The Settings area has three sections: Profile settings, Business settings, and Lappa settings.
Filling in your company details
Go to Settings → Business. Here you’ll find your current company information: business name, business email, phone, account ID, tax number, address, and reporting responsible person.
To make changes, click “Edit business details” in the top-right corner. The following fields are editable:
- Phone — update directly
- Tax number type and Tax number — via dropdown and text field
- Address — city, street, house number, apartment, postcode
- Reporting responsible person
To change your business name, you’ll need to upload a supporting document — an extract from the trade register, a confirmation statement, or an updated registration certificate. Accepted formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf.
Note that Merchant ID, business email, and country are not editable from this form.
Once done, click “Save” to submit your changes for moderation, or “Cancel” to discard. Updates take effect after review by the Lappa team.
Adding team members
Go to Settings → Business → Team. The team list shows each member’s name, email, role, and the Lappa apps they can access.
To add someone, click “+ New member” in the top-right corner. Enter their email address, select a role, and choose which apps to grant access to — L’Tax, L’EPR, L’Invoice, L’Authorize, or L’Marketplace. For apps that support country-level restrictions, you can limit access by country using the All countries dropdown.
Click “Send invites” to send the invitation. The new member will appear in the list once they accept.
Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO)
Go to Settings → Business → SSO. The SSO domains table shows your organization’s domain, its verification status, SSO configuration status, and the date it was added.
To add a domain, click “+ Add SSO domain” and follow the 6-step setup. In step one, enter your organization’s email domain. SSO lets you assign role-specific access to each team member across your company.
