Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Lappa subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, as all subscriptions are paid in advance. You will continue to have full access to the Lappa platform and its features until the billing period expires.

2. Charges after cancellation

Once your subscription is cancelled, no further charges will be applied unless you choose to reactivate your plan.
Any remaining time in your current billing cycle will not be forfeited. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your account will not renew automatically.

3. Rejoining after cancellation

You may restart your Lappa subscription at any time.
After submitting a cancellation request, your account status will be marked as “Pending Cancellation.” Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you reactivate before the period ends, your subscription will continue without interruption.

4. Refund policy

Lappa subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or credits for:
Partial billing periods
Unused time
Downgrades
Early cancellations
You will continue to have access to Lappa’s products and services until the end of the active billing cycle, after which the subscription will expire.

5. Free trials (if applicable)

If your subscription includes a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once a paid billing period begins, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

6. Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades)

Upgrades may take effect immediately, with prorated charges applied where applicable.
Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits are issued for downgrades.

7. Exceptional circumstances

Refunds may be issued only at Lappa’s sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as proven billing errors or unauthorized charges. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Lappa support may result in account suspension or termination. We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve billing issues.
